- Authenticity does not mean that it is fine to be dull, monotone and forgettable.
- Your face is a much more powerful communication tool than whatever you put up on the screen.
- And last, but not least: Being a “good speaker” is not the goal. Being a good person, who can speak convincingly is the real goal.
